Did you know that both Asparagus & Leeks are superfoods?

Asparagus is packed with fiber, folate and vitamins A, C and K. Additionally, eating asparagus can help with weight loss, improved digestion, healthy pregnancy outcomes and lower blood pressure.

Leeks are rich in flavonoids, especially one called kaempferol. Flavonoids are antioxidants and may have anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic, and anticancer properties, as well as other health benefits.

Together these two, powerhouse veggies make a soup that not only tastes amazing but will have you feeling amazing too!
