Soup Season is here! In honor of the start of fall, I am launching a plant-based soup series showcasing all my favorite healthy, comfort soups to nourish you through the colder weather and beyond.

The first soup of the series, Creamy Broccoli, is a staple in my home. In fact, if you attended A Day of Namaste this past winter, you got a chance to try it! So creamy it will have you questioning that it is really dairy-free, this soup will be a favorite among even the pickiest eaters. Packed with fiber and protein, it will help you naturally detox and fight inflammation with superfoods like broccoli, celery, apple cider vinegar and dill.
