Busy Mom Yoga

With Two kids, two dogs, a cat & a very full life, I turned to yoga to give me back the lean – flexible body & Youthful Vitality I had before I became a busy Mom.

I have always believed we should be grateful for the many joys our bodies offer us, but all too often society tries to turn those joys into a motive for tears

I’ve created this yoga practice especially for busy moms who want to balance their metabolism & create a toned, flexible and stronger body. This series will help you feel & look younger. There’s postures to help you learn how to focus while encouraging positive thoughts and self-acceptance.

But make no mistake yoga is not an exercise. It is a body awareness technique aimed at liberating your consciousness from old, habitual was of thinking, being and acting. The lithe, strong, flexible yoga body is merely a seductive by-product of a regular yoga practice. The real power of yoga is your ability to use this ancient technique to connect to the deepest and most powerful part of yourself and find lasting peace.
