Our outcome is for you to permanently change your body. That doesn’t mean making you a pretzel or bodybuilder out of you (though it’s certainly possible if you desire). Rather, we’ll work diligently guiding you through strong & specific yoga practices to help you make a profound physical change.

Stacy will lead you through the retreat with her hypnotic and transformational style of Vinyasa (breath to movement) Flow Yoga, as well as time for a more contemplative, restorative yoga.

During your retreat, you will celebrate each meal at a variety of exquisite venues among the beauty of the Anza-Borrego Desert. You will enjoy three health buffet style meals a day. The chef will be using the freshest, seasonal ingredients to prepare a feast of low-fat, low mucus, life giving foods. If you have specific dietary concerns, please let us know.
