Welcome to Inner IDEA events with Stacy!
The word yoga means union, as in there is a union to all things. To feel the birth of a child, to see a beautiful sunset, to hear the sound of your breath, it’s all the same energy.

Yoga exists in the world because everything is linked.
The appealing magic of yoga lies in its flexibility. Whether you are young or old, big or small, recovering from injury or totally out of shape, within the discipline of yoga there is a practice for everyone. Some people come to yoga for stress reduction, flexibility or a good workout and after awhile it starts to meld into other aspects of their life. Maybe they’re eating better to support their practice or sleeping more soundly. Yoga is full of lessons for your life. How you approach your yoga tells you a lot about how you approach your life.

Vinyasa yoga lies in the ashtanga yoga practice of Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India. Using sun salutations A and B of ashtanga yoga, you will weave standing and balancing poses into the flow to create a dynamic sequence of postures that will leave you wanting more! Since standing postures are considered the safest poses, this workshop is accessible to everyone.
