Rates begin at $150 per initial consultation and are developed after that as we detail a specific plan of action involving telephone coaching sessions, internet communications and hands on collaboration.
About your Mentor:
Stacy McCarthy has 25 years experience in the Health & Fitness Industry. She has been on the cutting edge of Group Exercise & Yoga in teaching, program design and management. She was C.O.O. of Frog’s Athletic Club & Southern California Director of Programming for Club One . After leaving Club & Studio development & programming, Stacy started her own business Yoga NamaStacy. She has a series of Yoga DVD’s distributed by Magic Play Entertainment. Stacy’s innovative and compassionate approach to teaching yoga have made her an in-demand teacher nationally. She has a BS in Exercise Science and was grandfathered into the Yoga Alliance as a certified Yoga Teacher at the highest level.
